Who we are

Whether you’re a Faringdon resident or just visiting, you are very welcome.

We have a diverse congregation here at All Saints’, with members of all ages and all walks of life. We have a variety of forms of worship, ranging from informal all-age services such as Saints Alive to Holy Communion and traditional Evensong!

But in all our different styles of worship, we are seeking above all to meet with the living God. We come not just with our faith, but also with our doubts and our questions, as we all try to discover more how the good news of Jesus can transform our lives.

Church is of course not just about Sunday worship. Inside this leaflet, you will find more information about Home Groups, the Alpha Course, Children’s Groups, and Youth Work. Whatever age you are, and wherever you feel you are in your faith, we hope you will find something that fits your needs.

All Saints’ has been part of the life of Faringdon for hundreds of years, and the building (with its monuments and cannon balls!) reflects an exciting history. Today we work closely with other churches in the town in running a thriving Family Centre, the Mustard Seed (which sells Christian books and Fair Trade products), a children’s Holiday Club, and the Alpha Course which runs each autumn.

If you would like to know more, do talk to any of our church members, pick up a copy of the Parish Magazine, or send an enquiry from the contact section.
